The ABC is a critical Australian Institution. Our public broadcasters are part of the fabric of our nation. The ABC adds greatly to media diversity, the creation of Australian content, and plays a vital role in providing news and emergency information across the country. This year alone, the ABC was pivotal in providing lifesaving information to communities across Australia in the wake of the bushfires and the COVID-19 pandemic.

Amanda has been fighting to duplicate Beach Road between Main South Road and Dyson Road for years. For too long this stretch of road has been a cause of confusion and frustration for many motorists, with multiple changes between single and double lanes.

The connection of Doctors Road with Panalatinga Road is regularly raised with Amanda by local residents. It is an important step in better connecting Hackham and surrounding suburbs with the rest of Southern Adelaide.
