The 2023 Seniors and Pensioners kit has been designed to provide you with information about the services and payments that are available to you, as well as advice and guidance.
I understand that older Australians face unique challenges, and I hope this kit will assist you in accessing any support you may need. This guide includes a list of government services, summaries of payments you may be eligible for from Services Australia or My Aged Care, useful numbers and more.
As Minister for Social Services, I was pleased to increase the income limit for the Commonwealth Seniors Health Care Card to $90,000 a year for single and $144,000 for couples. To check your eligibility please visit www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/commonwealth-seniors-health-card
