Winter Appeal 2024

You can make donations of the following:

• New warm socks and beanies for adults and children;
• Hearty non-perishable foods such as tinned soup and baked beans;
• New Toiletries, particularly for women such as sanitary items;
• Animal food and blankets (no stuffing).

For those in our community who are struggling, times can get particularly tough in the cooler months. When most of us are rugged up and warm during cold winter nights, it is important to remember those who may not be so fortunate.

Amanda hopes that by acting as a drop-off point and partnering with local charities, we can make it a bit easier for our generous community to help struggling individuals, families, and animals.

In the past Amanda has been overwhelmed by the donations and has been able to give hundreds of items to local charities, who ensure donations go to people in our local area.

Thank you to all the generous members of our community and organisations for supporting those in need this winter.

Donations can be dropped off to Amanda’s office at 232 Main South Road, Morphett Vale until 16 August 2024.
