Welcoming the Babies November 2026 – 10:00am Session

Friday, November 6 2026, 10:00am Session

Amanda hosts her biannual Welcoming the Babies ceremony as a way to publicly celebrate new births in our community. It is also a valuable opportunity to link new parents with important local services and connect with other new parents.

This free event includes:

A formal ceremony, during which each baby is presented with a certificate
A gift bag for each family
Morning/afternoon tea
Stalls and activities run by local organisations and services; and
A special guest speaker.

Parents are able to register children up to the age of 2 who have not previously participated in the ceremony.

Parents are welcome to bring up to 2 additional guests to the ceremony.
