As a result of the Albanese Federal Government’s $2.4 billion investment, large parts of the Kingston electorate will be eligible for fibre NBN upgrades over the next 12-24 months.
Following an initial build phase, residents will be able to access an upgrade if they enter a higher speed plan through their retailer.
The upgrades will deliver a faster and more reliable NBN connection, and allow more people to participate in the digital economy, work from home and use the digital world to stay connected to family and friends.
The NBN Forum will be an opportunity to find out more about the NBN rollout and discuss the Government’s plans with Minister for Communications Michelle Rowland.
A representative from the NBN Co. will also be in attendance to answer any detailed questions.
