Since the election Amanda has been extremely busy, with the Labor Government taking action to implement the policies that the Australian Labor Party took to the election. With the onset of the Global Recession, Amanda is also working hard to implement the Labor Government's Nation Building and Jobs agenda, which is supporting Australians across the country.
Most recently, Amanda has risen in Parliament to champion the cause of the most vulnerable in our community - children. Amanda is passionate about protecting our children and believes that something needs to be done to stop their continued and damaging sexualisation.
